Memorandum of Understanding - Definition and Use
The Memorandum of Understanding is to be used as an attachment to the Master Internship Affiliation Agreement. This form is used to identify a specific student working at an off-campus sponsor location. The student must be enrolled in a course for which he/she is earning academic credit for the internship. A Master Internship Affiliation Agreement must be negotiated, signed, and on file in the Office of Research Support Services before a Memorandum of Understanding can be finalized. The Memorandum of Understanding can be signed by the Dean of the College of the department that is preparing the Memorandum of Understanding.
